My experience working with David developing our new site was an absolute pleasure. David was super easy to work with and brought a wealth of site development knowledge to our project. I had worked with three other digital agencies attempting to develop the website I envisioned before finding David. David quickly demonstrated a passion for our project and put in the extra work needed to develop our site exactly to our specifications. He combined a creative eye, with technical knowledge and a 'can do' spirit to make sure our site launched on time as specified. Metaglyphics was responsible for a complete redesign of the IdeaWorksCompany.com website. This is the best vendor experience I've ever had. David is a complete professional who cares about the outcome of a project and the needs of the client. He effectively uses client-friendly technology to review site design with you and to provide video tips on maintaining it. Metaglyphics has been a great company to work with! David has designed two websites for me now. First, he rescued my old site (which was buggy and looked terrible) and then launched a redesigned site based on my outline and target audience. David is professional, efficient, smart (he knew how to translate what I wanted into a realized website), and very responsive. He always provides screen casts (little live recorded instructional videos) that help describe my site's functionality and how to make updates to my content in WordPress. Metaglyphics also offers support for websites, which is totally worth buying as one never knows what can happen with the internet!

Metaglyphics has been an absolute Godsend. As with all companies, it is vital to have a great looking website running efficiently, and we did not. Cue David Zack. First, as a quick fix, he was able to fix an extremely old, outdated website to get us running again. We needed a new website. David created a chic, modern, mobile-friendly, efficient website for me. I love it! And more importantly, my customers/clients love it! He listened to everything we wanted and made great suggestions that really improves our clients experience on the website. Truth be told, I was not thrilled about learning how to navigate a new website, however, David could not have made it easier. The website itself is very user friendly, and David made very clear instructional videos of everything we would need. The website quickly became second nature to me. Most importantly, David's interactions and customer service is superb. He is always friendly, easily accessible, and responds to e-mails & questions quickly.

I love my new site. It looks just as great on a mobile device as it does on a monitor. It functions well and is easy to navigate.
