Nalee was a great manager. She was timely and responsive and would keep me updated on issues going on with the property (maintenance issues or emergencies). She is very easy to work with and does a really great job with ensuring her tenants have what they need. The move in process was really easy and comfortable. Great manager!

Naylee is a great property manager anytime you reach out to her for any concerns she is very timely and responsive. She is very sweet and has a great personality. The staff is also very helpful.

Nalee, the rental agent, was a pleasure to work with. I rented one of her apartments at Del Rey, and she made the whole moving in and moving out process so smooth, efficient, and pleasant. The apartment was also clean and well maintained, with great neighbours. When I had an unforeseen circumstance occur, Nalee also worked with me to ensure a win-win situation. Management here is great, Nalee is a fast problem solver and she always had an answer to my questions. The apartments themselves are well kept, and very nice. I enjoyed my residence here greatly. The staff and residents are all very nice.

Nalee is one of the best landlords I have had the privilege of renting under. Anytime there was a problem (there weren't many) she always got be to me super quick. This complex is definitely the top one I have lived in for my past 6 years of living in SD. Highly recommend this place to anyone searching!

I have been living here for the past couple of months and it has been such a great experience, especially in dealing with the landlord Nalee! She is always extremely helpful and resourceful. You can tell she loves what she does and always goes above and beyond for her tenant. Maintenance is always so nice and efficient. Miguel ALWAYS ask "How are you?" I think that is such a thoughtful question to ask as moms no one ever asks us that lol. I think it is so kind that he always greets you and it is always so genuine. Overall, the entire team has been amazing!

My fiance and I lived here for a little over a year, and we really enjoyed our time here! we wish we wouldn't have to leave, but I unfortunately had to move to Arizona to finish my degree. The apartment themselves are very nice and spacious. Georgette is friendly and very helpful with anything that you need. We never had any maintenance issues, but we did have the water off a few times for other repairs in the building. However, the water was never off for very long and they sent a text message ahead of time to let everyone prepare. Other than that, we never had any issues or complaints. We both were very happy there.

Without a doubt, I would have loved living here. The process was seamless, the response times were beyond expectations, and the Regional Manager, Nalee Staton, was available, if not by phone, by text, at any time I needed a question answered. Sadly, our family went in another direction and rented a home. But I will forever remember the personal touch Nalee provided during the application process.
