The XO team is awesome. Their projects and implementation group is second to none. The support team is great - quick, polite, knowledgeable, and respectful of your time. Whenever there's a big problem, they work overtime to fix it, even if it's on the weekend, overnight, or a holiday. Joel, Nik, Greg, Irving, Ross, Saad, Robert, Mahender, and others are all all-stars. Highly recommend them for managed services in Los Angeles or Toronto (where their main offices are) or anywhere else. They're also great with new store/office installations, audits/consultations, cybersecurity, and Azure and Microsoft 365 services.

Eric's entire team is quick, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and has exceptional follow up! I actually enjoy calling although it's rare since their preventative maintenance is unparalleled. "On Boarding" process is simple and very straightforward. Mostly importantly Eric doesn't disappear once you sign a contract, he is always available for discussions from new projects to billing. This may seem too good to be true, I know, but just call and see for yourself... I guarantee whoever answers will be helpful and friendly. Lastly, just as an FYI - I found GeekTek via a quick google search! I had no existing relationship with them prior to that. I certainly got lucky!
