We have been having trouble with our wireless desk phone from our cellular company. Shane from TVC came out at no charge and helped us determine what might be going on - since we were not getting good customer service from our cellular company. Shane also gave us instructions for monitoring our phone's "issues" and we hope to have things resolved in the near future. Shane is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. I wish our business was bigger so that we could have a robust system from Shane, but when we're ready, we definitely know who we will be calling.
