Very satisfied with the service i received. Really nice guy and he knows his work well. He fixed my problem and spent the extra time to help me understand some functions without charge. Life saver!! Ok, so my laptop wouldn't turn on... out of the blue. I took it to GeekSquad and they had no idea what it could be, but said a proper repair shop would have to look at it and determine if it was worth saving... I googled and came across Allen here on Google with all the good reviews... I called and within a minute he knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. I brought it over to him (fyi, he is no longer located in Van Nuys but in Woodland Hills; he did offer to pick it up, which I declined because that seems like too much for him to have to do) and 2 hrs and $40 later I had my working computer back! Quick, friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy, definitely recommend. Thank you Allen!

Alan is an amazing computer repairman as well as amazing person. We have been in need of his services several times. He has came thru every time. He only charged us $45 each time. Unbelievable for such an affordable price these days! We highly recommend him and he delivers the repaied computer to your home free of charge

Allen is a very nice person. He fixed my computer and I will be forever grateful. He is thoughtful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Most importantly he is honest and trustworthy. He did not want to give me false hope but told me he would do everything he could. Really professional! Most humble and honest guy i have ever met! He really knows what he is talking about! I would recommend him 100 times over! After getting the run around at fry's i decided to go to a local shop to get my laptop fixed and it turned out to be the best decision i have ever made! Not only did he fix it within 2 days he really took the time to explain to me what the issue was and did it for less then half of what Fry's was going to charge me for virus removal! Incredible!

Owner is a honest and experienced person. Quickly figured out which part of my notebook was damaged and replaced it. Hours of the Business hours on the Google should be updated, as the office is closing sooner than mentioned there.
