Amazing customer service, way beyond what I expected. I am very fortunate to be in contact with Sheri Henderson, who is the most knowledgeable, patient and kind consultant I've encountered. It took a lot of one-on-one time to streamline and organize my business listings on Google and other search engines, but Sheri assisted me with infinite patience and solid knowledge. I discovered Merchant Centric through Mark Asai, an internet marketing consultant who was helping me gain an online presence with my new private coaching and counseling practice. Mark advised Merchant Centric was the most cost effective and efficient way to gain a presence online. Their team was very efficient, communicative and knowledgeable and their services were affordable for a new business owner just starting out. They setup the majority of the most effective online search engines on my behalf and they, and Mark, constantly offered helpful hints on how to improve placement and ranking. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because due to the nature of my particular business, some of the services just weren't useful on a longterm basis. It was a wonderful benefit, though, in that Merchant Centric is easy to work with, and the initial work they do is never wasted. I have referred both Mark and Merchant Centric to other fellow entrepreneurs and would continue to do so.

I have tried other companies in the last year and spent for me alot of money trying to build my internet presence. Since giving Sheri Henderson a chance to prove herself with Merchant Centric, for the first time since this all started I can be found on the front page of google just by entering auto repair in Sacramento 95841. Thousands of Dollars and and almost 2 years into this this is the first time that has happened. I am spending 1% of what I started spending and am getting atleast 5 times the results through Merchant Centric.
