Adept Solutions takes the headache out of managing all of the IT for our medical practice. They take care of all the security required for a medical office, are very responsive to all questions. They come on site if that is what is necessary or handle most things remotely. They are always kind and polite and professional. This is a stellar IT company and I would give it 10 stars if that was possible.

We have been with Adept Solutions for approximately three years and they have given us outstanding service! The relational care for their clients is evident. We have full confidence in them that they are taking good care of us. If we ever had a problem, it was addressed and corrected quickly. The best news is that we haven't had any issues and a smooth operating system for a long time!

After multiple failed attempts with other IT companies. We stubbled across Adept. This company is a great local business we partnered with for our IT needs just before the Pandemic hit. We were so fortunate we did cause when everything shut down they were there to help with our remote set up, so we could continue working from home. Everyone at the company is awesome. I have yet to meet any employee that wasn't great! There is one gentlemen that I work with more than others his name is Steve and he is absolutely awesome. He takes the time to work through any issue we may have and explain everything as he goes. He goes above and beyond and he is truly a huge asset to the company. This company has made my life easier by allowing me to focus on other things while they make sure our IT system continues to run smoothly and safely. Great job guys and we LOVE that they are local.

We needed immediate help with a third party software update, which was quite overdue. The update by the third party went well on 5 of 6 workstations,. Adept was able to quickly identify and resolve the impediments for the 6th workstation.

I highly recommend Adept Solutions for all your computer needs and/or issues. If we do have questions or issues, they are answered and resolved in a timely manner. The staff are great too!
