Webroot

I have Webroot on my computer and I HAVE TRIED to get rid of it. I have followed the instructions and it just keeps telling me that I used the wrong password. I USED THE PASSWORD I WAS SENT BY WEBROOT TO DELETE THEIR SERVICE. WHAT A ROYAL PAIN!!! Now, after all this complaining, I can't post this comment because it needs a photo. That's not helping at all.

I have used Webroot's anti-virus for several years. It seems to work. But if you need help, such as activating the software on a 2nd computer, or activating it on you phone, their tech support is awful. You have to wait forever and chances are you will be transferred to Best Buy's Geek Squad. I'm switching to a different anti-virus provider. Why don't good companies support their customers?

No IT support and the most annoying constant popups ever. It's better to have no antivirus than this mess.

Last week I had an issue with Webroot, I called them & the technician promptly help me and impressively informed about my antivirus software issues. All other aspects of my experience (response, friendliness, etc.) were good and cordial.

I have been using the Webroot Security product since 2004 starting with Webroot Spy Sweeper. I have SecureAnywhere Complete on all of my computer including my new 27 inch Mac. It is always up to date getting updates from the cloud. The software is very light on your system. Very fast scans, excellent Anti Phishing and Anti Keylogging features also has Password Management and Mobile Security. The Complete version has 25 GB of Backup and Sync Storage. Webroot's Customer Service is Excellent. Almost any questions about Webroot can be answered quickly on their Webroot Community Forum. I have never been infected with any type of Virus or Malware using Webroot. I highly recommend the product.

Such an incredible location for an office complex - you literally have a 360 view of mountain ranges. If you love nature, you should just check out this area in general, but if you are thinking about working/visiting here, you will be blown away by the scenery.

0 stars, how dare webroot ask for payment after I already purchased their product or should I say rented,it for two years ( quite the rip off in it self ) and then, I attempted to activate this product and use the product code on the bottom of the card which was in the box, for an item which was paid for in (full)!!!!!!!!!!!!! and keep going through the steps which they programed at the end of every attempt to install what I paid for (WEBROOT) demands that I pay again, what kind of rip off is this? I have you address expect to make a refund sense best buy does not endorse your products with a customer satisfaction refund, typical of a poor product, with poor support and user friendly programming.

This company rated my site as suspicious, when actually, and according to them, it's just not popular. My site is 4 months old, and I'm a small business, in a small town, and I've already put myself on page one. You should be ashamed of yourselves for damaging sites using this "metric". LOW TRAFFIC DOESN'T EQUAL MALICIOUS INTENT! Do some actual research before you affect someone's business in such a negative way!
