I had good service with stratus iq for years. I moved and disconnected my service because they do not service my new area. They refuse to pay me my credit. I know it is only $76.00 but it is the point that I have called them three times and get the same story that it is being processed and should show up. It has been three months since my disconnect. They are all lip service and have no interest in returning my credit. It is sad. -------- Follow up- Thank you for your call and prompt action to resolve the issue. I appreciate that you reached out to handle this matter. I understand automation but do feel that we, as a society have become too dependent on it. As I mentioned, I always had excellent service and interactions with Stratus IQ. Thanks again!

Bought a new home around Barnes & Marksheffel and was paying for xFinity's 1Gb internet service and was getting 10mbps. Went with StratusIQ instead, they're local and have very good customer service. I'm paying for their 2.5 Gb internet service. The guys the pulled fiber to my house Jeffrey, Kendrick and Drew were all very knowledgeable, informative and walked me through everything they were doing and what was to come. 11/10 great people and even better set of technicians. Alonzo/Alfonzo? (sorry in advance for getting your name wrong brother) came at a later to set up the modem in my house and he arrive early, was very respectful of the place and did a splendid job with the install. Made sure everything looked great and minimized the mess as much as he could. 11/10 technician. Would recommend Stratus.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Gary from Stratus IQ, and I am beyond impressed with his service. Despite the snowy weather, Gary arrived promptly and was fully prepared for the conditions. He showed great consideration by wearing boot covers inside my home, ensuring he kept everything clean and tidy. We recently moved in, and the garage is still filled with boxes and obstacles. Even so, Gary handled the situation with incredible efficiency and diligence. He navigated the challenges without missing a beat, demonstrating both professionalism and adaptability. Throughout the entire process, Gary was kind, courteous, and respectful. He worked quickly without compromising on quality, which is a testament to his skill and dedication. I have been using Stratus IQ for a couple years. I had a bad experience on a Saturday by being hung up on 3 times. But I ended up getting through to an on call technician who stayed on the line with me until I was not only scheduled, but also understood. I received a call from the Operations manager. WOW! They're not joking around when they say they concentrate on Customer Service. Thank you!

Our technician, Alonso, was excellent! He quickly identified our issue, corrected it and got us back up and running! I have always had a great experience with StratusIQ's service overall! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for internet services!

I just moved to Colorado Springs and was comparing internet providers when I was contacted by Nestor at StratusIQ who explained their service. Did some more research and found this company suited my needs the best with speeds and pricing. Nestor was very helpful, polite, and thorough over the phone as he displayed great customer service. Was able to get a call for service shortly after signing with them. Alonso was the technician who showed up exactly on time and was as helpful and polite as Nestor. Alonso answered all of my questions and explained how I could hardwire my whole house. Everyone has been extremely nice and the service is great. I have had internet for about a week and the speeds have been exactly as promised. I'm very impressed and am relieved I chose stratusIQ as my internet provider. If you're on the fence, go with them. You won't be disappointed!

Gus performed excellent service at my home. He was thorough, quick, efficient, and very knowledgeable regarding questions I asked. The internet service is fantastic and much better than other competitors in the area. I would highly recommend StratusIQ!

This company has zero customer service skills. They continue to act like we are such an inconvenience for having no Internet service and their "after hours" service team is not trained in troubleshooting. This is now leaving our family with zero Internet for the night when we work from home. Highly disappointed in this company when we just switched. Looking at their other 1 star reviews, this seems to be a pattern and the company seems to take little responsibility for not providing a great service.
