If you value your business, run, don't walk away. These people will take your money and fail to deliver - and then blame you. They are absolutely the worst types to run into in eCommerce. In our case, they took a hefty down payment, promised to deliver in 30 days, and then the day after the deadline informed that they hadn't even started. They blew off all weekly meetings with 15 minutes notice, and in the second month, spent their time telling us their delays were due to our "bad data". In the end, we replicated their "completed" work in 30 minutes with a college student. All they did was load a spreadsheet of products into a blank Magento build - no configuration, no training, nothing functional. Then, they pounded their fist demanding the remainder of payments because they were "done". We went to Amex, got our money back, and endured twice having them try to weasel their way back with Amex. Then, fully 2 years after this horrendous experience, the owner sends a letter threatening to sue us. Yes, 2 years later, they want to sue us over this. The customer. So, save yourself a whole lot of headache and choose ANY other Magento developer. You could not make a worse choice than OCM.
