I worked with 360 Durango to do some direct mail pieces. Unfortunately they elected to get out of that part of the business while we were working together. While I was disappointed, I understand it doesn't make sense to lose money, and they had to do what made sense. Paul at 360 Durango did offer to use the funds to rework my web page, which was nice. Unfortunately, I had to take a job since I was unable to get my business to pick up soon enough. Paul did give me a full refund, and even paid me more than he owed me since he had my cash for several months. I feel like Paul and his team are good, honest people who are very good at what they do, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again should the need arise.

I've worked with Paul and his team at 360 for many years and have been consistently pleased with the level of professionalism, communication and quality of end product. My interactions with Paul have been beneficial in my overall understanding of the every changing world of online marketing and my business is better for it. I would certainly recommend 360Durango for new and existing businesses.

Paul Eckenrode did not keep his word on paying a large debt. His continued promises and guarantees of payment failed to produce any compensation. I see in his reviews that he went above and beyond to pay another debt. Continued efforts to contact him have went unanswered and ignored.

Worst decision I've made for my business was hiring 360 Durango for SEO & Website services. Absolutely terrible follow-up, continuously dropped balls with attention to important details, didn't even have my contact information correct on my website which they were hired to maintain...The wrong email address was attached to the contact form on the website for months before I realized what was happening. The new website buildout was so bad that I had to start all over again from scratch, and re-pay a real professional to do it correctly. Avoid this business at all costs. Paul is great at talking the talk, but horrible at providing what he promises.

I hired 360 Durango to help me optimize my business so that clients could find my wedding planning website. The 360 team helped improve my at SEO and also arranged Google placement ads for me. I've also placed a monthly listing ad on the 360 website. In less than one week after placing the Google ad, I've had one wedding book and two others inquire! Years ago I Had Paul set up website for my business using Locomotive app so I could manage it myself. My 2nd attempt at self management websites. The 1st was so complicated it was almost impossible to use. This one is easy and has really paid off. EX. I was able to install a webcam on my home page(only one in South Fork CO) and it has an average of around 300 hits a day. What boost to my Google Analytics . My website sent 1079 hits to South Fork Visitor center in 1 month making No, 6 after search engines, our county website was #13.Lazy Bear is a small Resort with only 9 cabins! I would never had done his if not for the ability/possibility of doing this thru my self managing website. Thank you Paul and all my heros at 360 Durango. 360Durango has been a great solutions to our internet presence. It is easy to use & 360Durango made the set up process painless. I get monthly reminders to update my page and stats on how it is doing. Definitely worth it!
