ALLO Fiber Greeley

I had read horrible reviews about them destroying property/yardwork. I asked them about this and they assured me they would be cautious and have a team to fix damage. Surprise, they damaged the yard and put a clod of dirt and grass on top of my sprinkler. There is a small unfilled trench around my back yard. They also damaged by buddies yard, literally put a box right in front of his sprinkler, and left--and he didn't even sign up for their service. They clearly don't care about any damage they are causing in the community. They don't compensate you for any damage they cause either. I am going to have to go buy dirt and seed and fix their mess. Also, 6 months (or less) into service and they are already increasing the price of my plan. I will say internet speed seems good and stable and most staff have been pleasant to work with.

I'm very happy to finally have fiber internet at a price that basically doesn't change compared to xfinity. Other than the two times they raised the bill by 3 dollars each time which I can understand from raising costs it's very nice to know my bill just won't go up 40 dollars or more each year and I have to call in to get another "deal". The service also works very well. Low latency and the 500 Mbps works great for gaming and streaming. I do wish we'll see IPV6 adoption at some point. I've also not had a single outage the entire time I've had the internet service.

Allo has been the best decision I have made. I had Xfinity and the WiFi was always going down. Since I purchased Allo the internet has been fast and extremely reliable, even in the worst weather, I live in Colorado so there would be snow hail rain, and I haven't had no issues with Allo Internet two thumbs up. Thanks, Allo for the great service.

Recently got Allo installed in my house and I couldn't be happier! They have been helpful and on top of things every step of the way through the install. My Internet is faster, and cheaper, than I was previously paying. Highly recommend.

Service has been spectacular in our apartment since being installed in November '24. We've had zero interruptions and speeds are consistently 1G+. I would definitely recommend Allo to anyone looking for fast and reliable internet service. I do not have phone or cable so I cannot comment about the quality, but I'm sure they're just as great as the internet.

I am so very pleased with my new service. From stat to finish, everyone involved were helpful and made sure we understood how everything worked. The same was true of the people who worked outside. Very respectful of the property.

Poorly run operations organization with little regard for installing things the correct way or for home owners private property. Had unmarked crews with no Allo marking on trucks, or PPE, or branded clothing that spoke zero English jumping fences into my yard multiple times, all I have asked for is a heads up in advance so I can put my dogs up so they don't run away again when you open my fence. I have given my number and filled out paperwork and online forms 9 times to crews and no one can remember to call me. Get your operations in order, train them better it shouldn't take almost a dozen visits to connect one neighbor to a ped box for one fiber run. I'm sure they will make some comment on this review about how this isn't normal or to provide details but I have done that in the past and zero things have changed time and time again. Now all they do is bid their work out to the lowest bid contractor since the initial rollout and typically not even from the community, seeing Texas plates now.

I have had nothing but great efficient service from Allo from start to finish for getting fiber Internet. I have had service at home for about 9 months and never had an issue. I have also dealt with Allo business for the church I attend and also getting service at work soon. Top notch service and help. I am anxiously awaiting the mobile cell phone service for this area to be released. Keep up the great work.
