Please don't purchase this company's services. I ended up paying them $1600 (supposed to only be $1200) for a product called "SEM" (Search Engine Marketing) after their sales rep promised me they could get me 5-10 leads (calls from potential customers) a month. After 90 days, I had ZERO calls from real people, however the number of calls I got from automated telemarketers increased to about 3 or 4 a day. Oh and by the way, they don't stop billing you after you cancel with them, they just keep charging that credit card. Don't get anywhere near this company. I was stupid and didn't look up Google reviews on this company beforehand, now I'm regretting it for the $1600 they charged me, the lack of any desire to give me a refund, and the countless hours I spent on the phone with the sales rep, the "tech" rep (glorified data entry person), and their "customer service". Please do yourself a huge favor and do NOT give them your credit card.

We ended our Seo contract with them 11/2015 . I am still getting the bills. I was told the billing would stop by their representative. The billing has not stopped as of today. DO NOT advertise with them. You will never get out of the billing. It will ruin your credit. I see no value in the company.

These people use to and still do the Dex Telephone books. Telephones as first contact points for businesses are being completely over taken by the web. Starting in about 2010 they added the web support SEO service as a no cost add on to their telephone directory listing. I never used the SEO service but continued the telephone book - mostly thinking that if I ever needed SEO help on the web, they would be there since I was such a long term good customer (Over 25 years of largest AD in category). WRONG!!! In 2016 I needed some SEO help. I found out that all they did was enter in key words into google business listing (they didn't even have a back door directly into google). They claimed they put in google ads but I never saw them. They asked me for the key words that I wanted to use in google and then provided the secretarial service of typing them in (into the same listing that I could access). I asked if I could talk to an engineer - someone who understood the ins and outs of SEO. -- I worked as a software engineer for 25 years and just needed some guidance. I was never put in touch with anyone except secretarial type people - not experts or even well versed technicians. So this year I did not re-up for the telephone book. I did not sign the contract which they always made a big deal of. Guess what the billing did not stop. I got no listing in the telephone book. I called and asked them to stop billing I did not want the service - any service. Billing continued. I'm forced to file a small claims law suite on these SCAM ARTISTS. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! You will regret it!!

Terrible company to work with, no flexibility, if you need to speak to a human being you'll wait on hold for a while, then when you get to a human you'll have to be on hold several times before they can look up your account. If you mention that you don't want to be on hold another minute the representative will get snappy, same if you ask for manager. One of the worst companies I've worked with....

Scam company, do not do business with them! I am so sorry that i am locked in a contract with them to sell me to spam companies for who knows how long.

Dex media is the worst. Nothing but a con man. I would not recommend them at all.
