Today I had the best service call I have ever had! Tony from NextLight was so patient with my NextLight equipment after I had installed a new computer. It wasn't working right. He explained everything in detail and answered my (too many) questions. He was pleasant and professional. I am so grateful that he spent so much time with me, and my new set-up is working great! I love NextLight!

Best Internet service I've ever had. Super fast, cheapest option, great customer support. In 5 years of service, I've only experienced 1 unplanned outage, resolved in 30 minutes or so. Planned outages are very rare, always in the middle of the night. The only time I've had an issue and called support, it's was an issue on my side, they help me fix the issue even though it's my own hardware. Awesome folks.

I have the plan with 1GB of symmetrical upload and download speeds. As long as you know what you're doing and understand device speed limits, you'll get all the juice of that sweet, sweet speed. I never had an issue, and I've only seen one outage in four years that was solved promptly. Their customer support is super knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. They're simply the best.

I've been a NextLight customer since Jan 2017 and absolutely love it! The speed is fantastic and I've never had a (noticeable) outage. Maybe I'm just lucky, but the only time I've had to call customer service was to transfer service to a new house. I'd highly recommend NextLight to any Longmont local!

NextLight has been extremely reliable in terms of speed delivered and customer service. While there have been a couple of issues during the past three years (when I signed up), these have been quickly resolved. The tech people are knowledgeable, friendly, and work hard to figure out what the problem is. I highly recommend NextLight and think it is a great benefit offered in Longmont, especially if you work from home.

Next Light has been, by far, the best internet service we have ever had. The pricing it amazing, the connection is fast, and you can actually get a real live person on the phone quickly to answer questions. To top it off, the staff are incredibly helpful and kind. We really couldn't ask for more. Specific example: I called with a question about our router and was transferred to a staff member in IT, who walked me through assessing whether our router should be updated or not. He could have easily said that's not his job, but he decided to go above and beyond in helping me.

We have used NextLight since day one and we have loved it since day one!! The connection is fast, reliable, and perfect for streaming, working from home, and staying connected. Customer support has been helpful whenever I've had questions and the installation process was smooth. Highly recommend!!

I have been a NextLight customer since day 1 when it first became available in my neighborhood. Also, to be upfront I am also an Xfinity customer too. Since I work from home, reliable, high-speed Internet access is critical for me, especially with all the video conference meetings I need to attend. Of the 2 providers, only NextLight is able to meet my work needs for being both reliable and delivering high-speed access to the Internet. I truly think that if I didn't have NextLight, I would be able to effectively work from home. As far as personal use of NextLight goes, I enjoy fast uploads and downloads of music and videos without the annoying buffering and lag time. NextLight and me - perfect together.
