Millennium Group

Millennium Group has been my "IT Department" for over 18 years. They are extraordinarily knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. I call them, they answer the phone. They may need to do remote work (I live in Santa Fe, NM), and they'll start up TeamViewer and resolve the issue. I feel sorry for people who don't have someone like Millennium Group to rely on for computing expertise. Andy Pizer and his team care about their "clients" (I struggle with the right word). I feel like I'm part of a caring family. For Millennium Group, relationships are much more important than transactions.

Millennium Group, what all can I say about this fantastic, smooth operating, and steadfast business. The Millennium Group has helped myself and my companies for over 8 years. The level of professionalism and expertise is beyond that of any other IT company I have worked with in the past. I have always been able to communicate clearly with each member of the staff as to what my problem is and they are almost immediate with a remedy. The owner/operator Andy and Jinx are a great help as Andy has even made trips out to our site to install server(s) and ensure that all of our equipment is optimized. Jinx is a gem and always breaching new zeniths of customer service and always has the kindest demeanor even when you are stressed and in dire need. The way they operate is off of friendliness and with your utmost care in mind. Having them as part of my IT solution has increased productivity and eased a lot of tech-ache in difficult times. I can not recommend them enough. You are not with the right team unless you are with Millennium.

When my previous IT company started a 72 hour response time and did not want us to call or email them when we had an issue, I began to look for a new IT company and was referred to Millennium Group. Millennium Group always answers the telephone and while I am explaining my situation, they are already logged into my computer working to fix the problem. Talk about time and money management along with knowing the expert Millennium Group Team is there helping to get us back up and running. We have now been with Millennium Group for over 6 years and use their IT services as well as website hosting and telephone VOIP services. They are professional, friendly, and are very efficient at what they do. They give sound expert advice on keeping up in the computer world and fortunately we have accepted it. Our virus could have been devastating for our company but for the quick thinking of the Team at Millennium Group along with the prevention steps they told us to implement beforehand. They also do work on people's personal home computers. When my personal home computer hard drive crashed with all my family photographs on it, I gave my computer over to the Millennium Group Team which resulted in a new state-of-the-art drive along with my restored photographs. From the small in-home computers to the large corporate servers, Millennium Group has exceeded our expectations by going above and beyond. They are always available and ready to help whenever I pick up the telephone. Thank you Millennium Team for being there!

I love working with Millennium Group - they have helped me many times and always come through for me. They are honest and trustworthy people who you can count on for a timely repair at a reasonable cost. What I like most about them is that they take time to answer questions - they even hold classes to educate us so we have less problems with today's technology. Plus they keep us updated through email and social media, such as Facebook. When I first searched for a place that I would feel comfortable using, to repair my PC, I started asking friends and 3 or 4 people all told me Millennium. So there was no question of where to go - and I have also told many others that Millennium Group are the people you can count on for honest and reasonable PC repair!

Words cannot describe how helpful this company is a whole. Always responsive and they work with you. They will not nickel and dime you. Tony has done an excellent job with re-vamping our business website and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for all of his help and support! Whenever there is a problem, he is there to fix it immediately! Tony is always communicative and get things done when he says that he will. I would absolutely 100% recommend this company to anyone! I would not go anywhere else.

IT issues usually results in a nightmare of a day, not when you can call Millennium Group! Everyone on the staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and has incredible customer service! Now when technology fails me, rather than dealing with the overwhelming panic and plethora of unknown possibilities causing the issue, I just call the Millennium Group & they always get the issue corrected for me. Their response time is great, and I never have to worry about not being able to conduct business due to IT problems. Incredible team, Great company!

Always happy with Millennium Group! They take great care of me and my equipment and never feel like I'm being talked down to. They are patient in explanations to me and ensure I fully understand any problem. They've built me 2 great laptops that over the last 10 years and I'm happy with both.

The people at Millennium are always completely professional and friendly. But equally important, they really are outstandingly knowledgeable about technology. They have always been able to help me with any computer / technology problem. I've been working with them for probably 17 years, and have never found anything they couldn't help me with, nor have they ever been anything but delightful to work with.
