Once reliable steady signal now goes down daily for hours but only when they are closed - Friday and Saturday and Sunday and evenings! UPDATE: However, now I know about the Saturday outage and repairs been done. Now have a way to contact them to report outages on my end and they text me if anything is happening that may affect my internet signal. Thanks!

So disappointed! My husband discussed with the technician his running the cable into our home through an exciting cable entrance and snaking the cable to the location of the house where we wanted it. He indicated he could not do this and insisted he had to drill another hole into our home for $150.00. He ran an ugly black cable in the middle of our outside wall. So sad. We have 30 days to cancel if we are not happy , with no refund, and the cost of having to repair the new home in the wall he created. Be careful what you sign and agree to. Again very disappointed. We will see what the service is like. Not a good start at all.

I have been with Secom for almost four months now. Pretty bad when even their customer service always blames the customer for their bad speeds. I have bought two routers and neither made a difference. A tech was out for about 3hrs and was plugged into their side and speeds were dropping. I plugged into their side same thing. At the end of the day they have you do everything you have done in the past and still problems. They have swapped dishes cable etc. They also let you know your are with this bad service for a year after you sign up. Over selling bandwidth is not the way to keep customers. They told me for $17k that I could tie into their fiber 200' away from my house. That's not reasonable by any means.

Anthony was terrific. He came out twice and adjusted our dish at no charge. He did additional things that he was not required to do. Service was immediately better, with new position of dish along with our purchase of a new router.

We have been with Secom for a few years now. When we spoke with them they assured us that they will meet our speeds as we work from home. After they set us up they did at first meet our needs but after awhile they slowed down and we were not able to get what we needed. contacted SECOM was told to many subscribers on tower but was building a new tower. Great! new tower went up services were back up for our speeds after about a year speeds dropped below 1 mbs and called again tech came out multiple time and they can not help us as there is once again to many people on our tower. The corporations GREED in putting profits above service is ridiculous. Take care of existing customers first! Then build your infrastructure for new customers.
