The Dispo

Really disappointed with their customer service. We placed an online order and pre-paid with my bank account. When we got the the store, my partner went in and wanted to also purchase a battery but was told it wasn't possible to purchase anything else (??) so he left without the battery. I checked later and my bank account was charged for the battery we never got! Had to do a charge-back on my credit card. They have good deals on pre-rolls but they're packed SUPER tight so watch out.

The pre rolls are rolled really tight causing them to be harder to smoke then other places pre rolls. on top of that I made an online order and went to pick up I tried to purchase a looka bear battery when picking up my order and the guy tried to ring it up so I could pay with card then he said it wasn't working and said if I wanted to make another purchase I would need the card i used for the online order but i didn't have that with me at the time so i couldn't make another purchase? so I left with my original order no bear come to find out the employee working didn't cancel the transaction and charged us another 25 without me receiving the product I that we were charged for.

Well after the fiasco on 420 or this company decided to raise my medical prices by double for 420 while everyone else got a discount I got the business. I took that review down . On to this week I go in to buy wax was shown one product that looked amazing the sold something that was nothing near what I saw so from clear yellow shimmer to white sticky tack . This is the second time this month this company had messed with my meds without any regaurd to anyone. I'm absolutely disappointed in this company because I genuinely like the staff this showing one product and selling another is totally trash and awards this review it's place forever

Cosmo makes a joint called Lunar Lemonade, it is my favorite thing on this earth to smoke! Gets me right everytime! The Dispo regularly has this stocked for me! All of the budtenders are knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Security gaurds too! Being able to place your order online makes your visit super fast too! Highly recommend!

Called 5 times before they answered. Went looking for good prices but the items on sale were expired?! (Flower specifically) prices in store don't include taxes, staff wasn't the most friendly. Overall Terps dispensary is better and down the street.

Tried this place as Id heard good things. The opened displays they have of wax looked amazing. I asked her if I ordered one of these would they look like the one advertised in the little window (cause you cant see what they give you, they don't show it to you) and she said Oh absolutely. So I get it home and it was not even half of what they advertised. SO disappointed but now I know to stay with Cannasseur a couple mins away.

Security guard told me I couldn't park my truck and trailer in a half empty lot because they were sooooo busy. I was already parked. Ended up going next door where I didn't have to wait in line. The parking space way off to the side of the building I had thoughtfully chosen, remained open the whole time I was at the other shop. Rude.

Used to get good service but lately has been lacking. Long waits and rude security. The budtenders are nice but you only see them for a moment while you're stuck with security for a long time. Place is out of the way too, most come in off a long cruise, it pays to be friendly
