I've worked with TAB for the past 4 years and have found them to be honest and straight forward in both their approach and their pricing. The people answering the phones are helpful and friendly and once you have submitted a service request you are sent an follow up email that confirms you have been entered into their system. We started with TAB because we need to have our servers and a number of workstations replaced (they were at end of life) and the quote we got from the IT group we were using was twice as high as what TAB quoted us. Sounds suspicious, I know, but TAB was able to configure things in a way that saved us a lot of money. 4 years later we haven't had a problem. TAB has installed wireless data points for us, and (working with a partner) moved and rewired a switch, in addition to supporting us in a variety of ways for day to day IT issues. Techs are willing to answer questions and explain what they've done and why. Their portal makes it easy to review/manage open and closed tickets and they send a monthly executive summary that reports on server and over all system health and individual workstations so you can monitor for black-listed programs. Can't recommend them strongly enough....wish I could give them 10 stars.

The Town of Middlefield can't say enough good about TAB, their staff and the outstanding services which they provide. TAB bailed us out of a horrible parting of ways with our previous IT consultant and has provided nothing less than outstanding support, advice, equipment and cybersecurity services over the past five years.
