We have been dealing with Todd directly. We started off with a simple computer issue, which he was working on. We then were told by our office management we needed to relocate to a different suite number. Which meant our phone, computer, etc needed to be moved. Without the help of this company, the process would have been much, much more grueling. We are incredibly thankful for Todd and this company. We will be working with them in the future indefinitely. Highly recommend for IT!

After bringing my PC to a very shady and questionable business, I figured I need to do my research and I have to find somewhere else that takes pride for their Work. Todd at ProServ software and support LLC has not only shown that, but has shot over my expectations and I am extremely appreciative that I went with his company. It's been an absolute pleasure and I highly recommend to anyone and I will recommend all of my colleagues and friends who have built PCs and servers at home to contact him right away for support! 10 stars!!!!

Todd is a miracle worker, and he's going to be my go-to guy for anything computer-related from now on. My piece of garbage HP computer suddenly broke and completely refused to start. My hard drive was almost dead, and to make matters worse, most of my files were not on Windows. I had 5 years of my life on this computer, and I was seriously worried that I'd lost all my files, photos, and important information. It was a nightmare. However, Todd patiently and persistently worked through the issue even though it was a bizarre and unusual problem (because of the messed up way I had stored my files). Todd managed to find and recover everything. I am beyond grateful. If you have a computer problem, Todd is the guy to call. You will be so glad you did.

Was caught in a virus scam and then called Proserv to verify if I was scammed. On the phone he said yes it was a scam, and over the phone was able to help me without having to come in since I did not give all info to scammer. Proserv was professional and also stated if I still wanted to bring laptop to him he would be more than happy to take a look and at that time told me the cost per hour. Made me feel very secure that what he had me do worked and will for sure go to preserve again. Very happy to have found a trustworthy location like this one.

This guy was truly awesome. I was going to best buy, who was trying to charge me $240 to clone an SSD and install a wifi card. The wait time was also 3 days. This business only charged me $60 and did everything in about 30 mins. I'll never be going to best buy again. I'll be returning to get a custom build.

Got my new lines up and running. Web connectivity throughout the new shop is perfect! Couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience with the guys at Proserv. Great company and wonderful people to work with. I was in a bind this summer with a crashed PC and they bailed me out and also walked me through an upgrade. I was up and running in no time thanks to the expertise they had to offer. I would certainly recommend them to everyone. Professional service with a smile and reasonably priced to boot.

I cannot recommend Proserv enough. I needed to have my computers evaluated for an insurance claim on a power surge. Tod analyzed the hardware, filled out the paperwork, and explained everything as he was doing it. I asked about data recovery (which would have been >$150 at Geeksquad) and he said he could do it for $65 OR he could send me a link to buy the recovery device myself on Amazon for $30. I was in and out quickly and for far less than I would have paid anywhere else. It also didn't hurt that he was possibly the most pleasant person I've ever met.
