Shady company. Merchant beware. They are refusing to release approximately $10,000 in gift card sales. It's been almost a month and Cory Perkins, CEO is being dismissive and evasive. Update: 2/10/25 After numerous phone calls and emails I finally got in touch with Cory. He agreed to pay us what was owed plus interest. He mailed us a cashiers check. I appreciate Cory doing the right thing and making us whole.

Not to be trusted. I added their services to my site to offer customers a chance to purchase E-gift cards. I've had nothing but problems to untimely deposits only to finally be deposited by constantly calling and emailing, to funds not being deposited AT ALL (also called theft), to not sending customers an email for the purchased e-cards, to never answering their phones (always voicemail), and to rarely answering emails. This is poorly run business and will only cause you frustration and cost you time and energy trying to contact them to receive your funds and deal with issues when customers purchase e-cards. Avoid like the plague! They also had tons of bad reviews on BBB, but after informing them that I was going to report them to the BBB, those reviews are completely gone. I don't know how that happened. They not only had bad reviews from business but from customers. 10/29/17 Update. Still no deposit and still no answer to my emails. They are thieves! Protect yourself and stop using them. Going to look into legal action.

Beware: contacted their support team 3 times. Still waiting for a return call since last Thursday. Each time, a women took my name, phone and email address and was informed of the simple query.

This is a scam, do not purchase any gift cards from this company, gift cards are unusable when you call the 800 number someone picks up takes a message and tells you that Steve will call you back but Steve never calls you back. Note to restaurants do not sign up to the service if you want to keep your reputation clean. Caveat emptor

Echoing other's frustration with this review. I have been trying to contact GiftFly for months to receive money for gift cards I sold online through Facebook for my small business. This is obviously a shady if not illegal business practice. If anybody figures out a way to contact them, or is initiating legal action please contact me.

GiftFly is an amazing service. The set up is free and very very easy. You can easily customize your gift cards and once that is done, its really simple to put them on your site, your Facebook page or send via email.For a local business that wants to add sales quickly, this is the best option.
