I purchased a mattress topper, two pillows and a set of bamboo sheets. All are okay but I was completely surprised when I received a bill from Fed Ex for $146.27 for additional shipping fees to Canada after paying $215 shipping on the initial order. I emailed to dispute the charges and received a reply that the information is in the details on the website. I now have a collection agency hounding me. I haven't had a financial issue un 50 years until I bought something from Layla Sleep.

My wife and I recently orders Kapok Pillows - and the improvement in our sleep quality cannot be understated. Our prior pillows would mush up, the pillow cover would get loose and I would feel like someone was wrapping a towel around my head. These new Layla Pillows are amazing, perfect amount of firmness and keeps its shape. We've been using them for a month and my only regret is that I didn't order them years ago!

Edit: had it for over 3 years now and still going great! Purchased a California king memory foam mattress about a year ago and absolutely love it! We have it of the soft side as my wife likes soft beds. I prefer firm, but it still somehow provides the best sleep I've ever gotten! With it we purchased their bamboo sheet set and couldn't be happier with it! The grey really looks amazing! Bear in mind this review is for a bed we bought a year ago and still absolutely love it!

Great customer support with Layla - we've been super impressed. Have chatted with Sky about a potential quality situation, and she was efficient and helpful in her suggestions, and on next steps if the suggestions don't work. I didn't feel like I was getting pushed off like some other companies do. Can't wait to give the 120 day review of the mattress!

I ordered the queen size weighted blanket and two pillows. My order was promptly processed and received. I love the pillows. The outside covers on the pillows are very soft to the touch and the pattern on them is really nice. The blanket was a really nice quality but was heavier than I wanted. I contacted Layla about returning the blanket for refund. I fully expected to have to wait a while before getting a reply. I received an email from Brandon that day with instructions for the return/refund. I emailed the information and received a reply from Sarah within hours that my refund was being processed. I immediately received an email from Alex confirming my refund. I cannot stress how wonderful Layla's customer service is. I would absolutely do business with this company again.

I ordered a mattress before doing my research and realized that it probably wouldn't be a good fit for us. I spoke with Sky on the Layla chat and was able to cancel very quickly and easily. Sky was very helpful and recommended a better option based on the info that I provided without trying to push me into a purchase. Great customer service!

The customer service provided by Sarah and Brian was admirable. They were responsive and communicated all details in order to process my request for a return & refund. That said with the ease of ordering and generous trial period my experience left me with a positive view of this company for their customer service and product. Unfortunately for me the mattress was just not a good fit, but I'm certain many other people will love Layla mattresses. Overall from experience I would suggest giving this company's product a try if you match your sleeping position & comfort with their products.

I bought two king sized Layla pillows and they were just too big and could not get comfortable. The quality of the pillow and craftsmanship was top notch. Just too big. I contacted Layla and got a quick response back from Sarah and Stephanie that gave me suggestion and then gave me the process on returning. I donated the pillows and emailed the donation receipt to Sarah and Stephanie. Less than 24 hours later I received an email and a receipt of the refund. I was shocked how simple and fast this was. This is a great company.
