I admit, I was quite nervous about switching from Spectrum, but I was looking forward to ditching their $300/mo bill even more. I've been using Spot on for over a month now, and the transition has been pretty seamless. I really appreciate their 24-hour customer support, and the fact that the technicians stay in contact with you until the issue has been resolved. For anyone looking to make the switch, I say GO FOR IT! They're just as reliable as Spectrum/Charter, and literally a tiny fraction of the cost!

I can't access the Wi Fi several times a week, minimum. Many times, I just wait until the service is restored which can take hours or days. Calling customer service may or may not get the service restored. They will ask you every time to "forget the network" and try to log back on. I'm not sure why since that never works. Looking for a new service...

About once a week, one of my devices get "disconnected" and then banned from the network for some time. It takes hours for them to become able to connect again. When I open a ticket, I typically also leave my place to go working somewhere else because I need internet. When I come back the problem is fixed, and nothing gets done. Best practices for networking suggests proactive monitoring, however if Spot On would perform proactive monitoring they would know their network is highly unreliable :(

Worst company ever...have been without internet since Friday ..today is Tuesday...still waiting to have a technician come and see what's going on...been calling every single day since and I get the same answer ..yet no time or date for this technician to appear at my place....don't you ever get this company...horrible customer service Update::: I made this complaint 8 months ago....of course I had to look for a different internet provider....today...finally they decided to send professionals to fix the issue...which right now still been an hour and not done yet. The people trying to fix the issue are very friendly. But I will never ever recommend a company that took 8 months to send someone after me calling almost every day for weeks to try to get someone here to fix it and being told over and over again the same answer over the phone..once we have a technician we will let you know...8 months!!!! If you can avoid this company please do. The worst part about them is their customer service agents

Had a great experience with Spoton networks today. I reported loss of connectivity and they confirmed that our building was currently offline and they were working on the problem, connecting with our building people and would give me a call back as soon as they were able to resolve the issue and it was taken care of in under three hours. My ticket number kept my information and Freddie was able to help me find everything I needed to reconnect in our apartment. I am very satisfied with my experience today!
