Each time I have brought a laptop to Compu-tech, it was fixed promptly and at a fair price. The Compu-tech team has never tried to upsell, push unneeded services or bill for unexplained time, which are problems I have had with other computer repair firms. I feel that the owner and his staff are honest as well as competent and focused on providing excellent customer service. I will continue to use them even though there are other operations closer to my home.

I am the Office Manager for a civil engineering firm. We have used Compu-Tech for the past several years for all of our IT needs and I couldn't be more pleased. Their entire staff has always been pleasant, professional and highly responsive to our needs. Jay Shah and Fred North work closely with us on recommendations for hardware and software purchases and with troubleshooting issues as they arise. Their techs (Amit, Bryan, Brian, and Davy) are great and each have their own individual specialties and strengths. Daksha Shah is our main point of contact for our service calls and let me tell you.... She. Is. Fantastic. She forwards each service ticket to the tech best suited for the issue at hand - a system that ensures that every issue is handled promptly and efficiently. Had a hard drive crash on a Sony Vaio All in One desktop. Repair was satisfactory, technician was professional, but the price was over the top almost $700 for diagnostic, new hard drive, backup and repair - invoice was not broken down for the details of the charge. All my peers said that was crazy for the work that was done - should have been $200 to $300. Conclusion, with Compu-Teck get a total price estimate before the job is undertaken.

I am the Manager at Manchester Awning & Canvas Products, LLC. We are located in Manchester, CT and during some renovations in 2009 I called Compu-Tech to run new phone and Ethernet wires for all the computers and phones in their new locations, as well as installing our new phone system. Not only were they there the same day to make sure we were up and running asap. Jay the owner sent out a tech that walked me through the whole process before starting and after to make sure that I understood what they did and how the new phone system works. They were very neat and cleaned up after themselves. Because they did so great, we have used them for many other things over the last 11 Years. From upgrading the phone system, new computers, monitors, routers, routine maintenance on all 4 to 5 computers, anti-virus protection and power backups on all of our devices. They also do web hosting and currently host our website and E-mails. But most importantly Compu-Tech got us two new Nas Devices set up to do all of our networking and file storage between 5 computers. This is crucial to our functioning as a semi-paperless company, as well as working from many different computers. It's also our own safety net for if we ever had issues and something happened to one of the devices locations, we have the other with ALL of our files and programs located at another site. This Nas system they set us up on is the most effective especially during this time due to Covid-19. We can access this network from our home computers very easily and not miss a beat. Sense 2009 we have called them for all the IT work we have needed because of the great response time, fair pricing and communication they have with us. We have a current ongoing business relationship to this day and I have no complaints. Every time I am in a jam or need anything I know I can count on getting a hold of Jay Shah owner of Compu-Tech or any of their service or sales team members to get the issue resolved in a timely manner and make sure it is the correct solution for us.
