I recently had my home office internet set up by UnTangled, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The installation was quick and seamless, and the technician was professional and knowledgeable. Since the setup, my connection has been fast and reliable, which is crucial for my work. Highly recommend UnTangled for anyone looking to upgrade their home office internet!

Updating my review: Untangled has finally responded to one of my requests for help. I will update further should the situation develop positively or negatively. These people came in five years ago and set up our system, claiming we had all of these technological issues from the previous owners and that they had a solution to fix it -- Control 4. They hooked our sonos, apple tv, cable, and pool controls to this app. They got rid of our regular fios cable remote and replaced it with a control 4 remote and had us download the control 4 app. This worked fine for a few years, but then there started to be problems. At first, they were responsive and came by to help. But then, they stopped returning our calls. The control 4 app stopped working so we couldn't control our pool. Our cable view is completely zoomed in and cuts off the edge of the frame but since we don't have the Fios remote anymore, we can't fix it, and since they won't answer our calls or emails, they won't fix it. Our TV randomly flickers like strobe lights. The remote works half the time. The TV really only functions as an apple TV because of how badly they messed up the cable connection. If they called us back and fixed the issues, I wouldn't have a problem with their complicated set up. No other company wants to touch what they've done. If you've used them already, good luck if you run into any problems. I hope they answer your calls. We are still desperately looking for any IT company or person willing to help dig us out of this tangled mess untangled created.

My wife and I retained Untangled to advise us and install a complete AV/smart home system in our newly constructed house in Greenwich. We have been extremely pleased with the entire process and the end result. The available technology choices can be overwhelming. Kevin and Joe patiently guided us through various options, listened carefully to us regarding our viewing and listening habits, did not try to oversell and were sensitive to budget. Their post installation follow-up has been excellent. We are thoroughly enjoying the new system and highly recommend these guys.

I just had Untangle, untangle the mess left by 2 other AV companies over about 5 years. Living in a part of Greenwich, CT with horrible wifi, they fixed that immediately so I have connectivity throughout the 3 floors of my house and my attic! They even improved my wifi in the car, and all secured! They satisfied my need for printing, straightened out an old AV system, enabled simplified streaming, improved my sound system, and automated some interior and exterior lighting. Oh and replaced an old cellular home phone system too. I am not a millennial or Gen x. I was born before there were tvs, but they made it simple, comprehensible and fun for me to use...all of it. I am very impressed. Thanks Untangled, thanks Shawn and Charlie.

Kevin and Joe are experts at understanding our needs and guiding us through the Untangled process. We're so pleased with our experience with Untangled that we've worked with them across home theater, outdoor speakers and lighting, blackout shades and soon to be landscape lighting. Wish there were more business owners and employees as competent and cool as these guys.

The catchy name says it all and they deliver! Kevin and Joe are professional, honest and timely. In today's mess of terrabytes, streaming, wifi, cybercrime...they sort it all out and do a great job of service. Yep, I said it...a small business that actually understands service. God forbid your children hurl a plastic block at your new 75" TV days before the US Open....no worries...they got that.

Untangled has been a great partner for us. They are highly competent and handle everything IT. The best IT experience I've had!

These guys are the absolute best installers to call for anything home automation. Overall great people to work with, and I highly recommend their services.
