Mr. Pipeline

My experience with Mr. Pipeline was honestly terrible. I really wanted to trust them with my Google Ads, but it went downhill fast. I understand that Google Ads takes time and data to start working, and I'll admit--I paused the campaign once early on, but that was it. The real issue was the complete lack of communication. I wasn't getting updates on performance, no one informed me about changes, optimizations, or strategy. Maria told me the ads were set up and call tracking was in place, but that was pretty much the end of it. There was no real management--just a "set it and forget it" approach. When I checked the change history in Google Ads, it looked like someone touched it for maybe 3 minutes every few days. I had no clue what I was even paying them for. On top of that, I had to be the one to constantly point out issues like "Hey, this doesn't look right," and only then would they fix it. It was just a terrible experience and a complete waste of money. Also, I read a reply from the owner saying that even after you cancel, the team keeps managing your account until the end of your paid month. That's not what happened. I paid $575 for the current month just a week ago, got instantly offboarded, and was also charged a $200 cancellation fee. So I paid $775 for literally nothing. What a joke. There was no attempt to fix anything or even communicate. Yeah, they've got a bunch of good reviews, but I'd seriously recommend avoiding this company. One more thing--Maria told me I had 10 leads, but I had to keep repeating that every single one was a scam. How do you not notice they're all coming from the same number? Just a mess, man.
