Guy in the phone wouldn't tell me his name very short with me. Wouldn't give me any information if you're looking for customer service this isn't the company for you. All I had was a few questions for him.

SEO Smooth has a great team to work with. I oversaw all the digital marketing efforts for a med spa /weight loss clinic that I managed in Dallas, TX. Vincent and his team at SEO Smooth were able to take over the management of our PPC campaign with very little oversight, freeing me up to focus more on our social media marketing efforts. They were able to reduce our cost per conversion for some our campaigns by more than 50%. They were also able to manage our SEO, getting us ranked for several strategic keywords with 4-5 months.

Don't waste your money or time. I hired them to do PPC and it was a nightmare. Jason is a nice enough guy but besides that I spent thousands of dollars. Customer service is a Zero. They will sell you over the phone but don't be fooled. You have to book a call just to speak with someone and actually request a call to go over and understand the performance of your campaign. Oh wait, not to mention I also lost thousands because they caused my website to be down. I can go on and on. Folks, please do yourself a favor and find another company or you will be looking back at this review and wishing you listened. Good luck
