Our company has been doing business with Savage Consulting since 2010 - this review is long overdue. Throughout all of the years we have partnered with Savage Consulting, I can't recall a single instance in which they were unable to resolve a challenge we presented to them. I have found everyone at Savage Consulting to be consistently friendly, efficient, competent, and attentive to all of our IT needs. They are also budget conscious and have provided reliable products that have stood the test of time. A great big thank you to Bob and his entire team for always being there when we need them!

We Called Savage Consulting due to some Phone disconnection/internet Speed Issues and Zach Thompson (their field tech) came to our office the same day and was super nice, speedy, very professional and got to the root of the issue so that we can have our computer/Phones back to its normal use! WOW! I am amazed with their service! I am a new client. We needed help on a proprietary software issue we have had for some time. Several other IT firms have been unable to find the issue. Justin came out and had it diagnosed and repaired within a half hour, including function testing. We decided to also use them to replace all the office computers and reconfigure our network and backups. Their estimate was reasonable. The office staff also seems friendly and efficient. I've known Bob Savage for some years and always liked his honesty. I've been thinking of using his email help for a while and recommended him to others, with no complaints. We have now decided to use his teams help - what a refreshing experience. Straightforward, friendly, efficient and no attempts to sell us "extras" (although his comprehensive services look very attractive!). Very pleased indeed. The other day (not in our office) I watched Justin do the nerve-racking process of migrating very old windows machines to new ones - unflappable, solutions found quickly and everything working well when he finished. Any lingering issues, he dealt with through remote access. I can recommend Savage Consulting without reservation.

Savage Consulting is one of the best in the business. They have the perfect combination of small local company feel and big IT knowledge. Bob and each of his techs make you feel like their VIP client. They have handled every curve ball we have thrown at them. I would not recommend anyone else in the to handle your IT services.

As always, Savage Consulting saves the day. I needed a new computer to continue serving my clients. I placed the order and in less than a week, was providing tele-sessions on my new system. I believe my clients are enjoying the new computer almost as much as I am. Thank you for the many years of professional service and high quality computers.
