For months we tried finding someone capable of creating a new design for our work trucks and no one had the ability to translate our ideas onto paper. We used Design Strategies to develop our logo, website and fliers. They were fantastic through the whole process. The turn around time was quick and they communicated every step of the way. We are also using their web-hosting service so that we can add and modify our site as our business grows.

We at Vermost Insurance have partnered with Len and his team for many years including crafting our business cards. As this is my first encounter working with Len, the partnership from the start has been responsive and professional. Not only does he create our designs in a timely fashion, but makes them 100 times better than what we could have imagined. When we had some issues with our photos, he was able to fix everything including lighting the photos, touching up each individual portrait, and of course fixing all written dialogue in a quick and efficient manner. Besides working on our business cards, he also helped create our new logo design, taking our idea and again creating it into something new and high quality. We have worked with Design Strategies for the last several months. It started with our website. It has progressed to a new design of business cards, banners and flyers. The last request was short notice and WOW did he deliver. The work started months ago with Len painstakingly determining what we do for clients. I personally thought I did a good job of communicating this. He directly (with a little bit of a sting) told me otherwise (this is a good thing). Working with Design Strategies has helped me with more than my digital and paper presence. It has helped me internally redesign my "elevator speech" (that 30 second - what do you do for a living). I consider Len and Colette a part of my business. I repeatedly tell him he is now my external marketing department. We first met Len and Design Strategies in 2014 when we decided to develop our own website for our mortgage business. Before that time, we had used generic industry templates that really didn't distinguish us from our competitors. With Len and his team's help, we brainstormed to determine our strengths, core competencies and unique value proposition to our clients. Design Strategies then redesigned our logo and changed our corporate colors, which became the basis for our website and collateral materials. Len was not a specialist in the mortgage industry, but he didn't need to be. He is very experienced in his industry. And it was that experience that helped him to translate our marketing objectives to the digital world. (He also redesigned our print advertising, business cards, letterhead, brochures, etc). Len immediately raised our game in terms of our marketing look and feel and effectiveness. We continue to work with Len and Design Strategies today whenever we need an update to the site, or a new marketing piece. Having Len and his team is like having our own outsourced marketing team.
