We hired Will to recover a diary we had lost in Word. Two Apple people had tried to help us with no success. Will was able to recover it quickly and help us with a lot of other things, including password recovery and computer usage. He saved us time with showing us a more efficient way of doing things. Time is money!

I was having some problems with my computer and my home automation system and found this company and called the owner William Amon. He was extremely nice and informative and explained what he does. He works on home automation, computer repair, and restoration, and so much more. What really got my attention was doing away with the cable television. We discussed some of my needs over the phone and he said it would be better to come over and survey what my issues were. Unlike many people, he showed up on time and had a full mask on with gloves and removed his shoes immediately. That was an excellent first impression. We went through everything and to make a long story short he repaired my computer, did away with my cable TV, and that would save me approximately 55% of what I was paying the cable company (over $1200 per year in savings). We made arrangements for him to come the next day and he did promptly and installed new equipment which he recommended and picked up for me. I might add that he found it on sale, so that save me a few extra dollars. Bill did everything in one day. I can't express how happy both my wife and myself are with our new cable-free TV system. We now have at least four or five times the amount of programs that we had from AT&T previously. He has supplied me with the best service at a very reasonable price and I highly recommend him for all of your computer needs.

I love TechWise. If it wasn't for Will I would not be watching TV , Listening to music or any other technology. I can call day or night and they will answer my phone calls and if we can't fix it over the phone he will come out. Will is the technician and he's wonderful, he even answered my phone calls when he was on vacation. I've only known him a short time but it feels like he's part of our family and his work is Absolutely perfect I would not ever use anyone else now that I found Will With TechWise. Billy was great. I needed some files transferred off of my laptop and he went out of his way to help me. He was responsive and called me back immediately. I had a great experience with Will Amon of TechWise and highly recommend his services! He came to my home to evaluate the problem with my laptop and then did research to access whether it was more cost effective for me to buy a new laptop, or get a new hard drive and more RAM. Will was extremely professional and pleasant to deal with. He accommodated me to do the work over a weekend since I couldn't be without my laptop during the week.
