These guys are awesome. They really know their stuff. Have performed warranty work and other PC repairs for me. They are prompt, , extremely knowledgeable, and very professional. Sooooo much better than the phoneys at the 'big box' stores (like Geek Squad). Prices are fair and very reasonable, especially so since the work is done right the first time.

They did an excellent job with repair for my Toshiba. A deposit of $75 is required for repairs. I paid that on the 8th and the remainder on the 19th. They did process it until the 24th which caused an overdraft. When I talked to the lady on the phone she told me the guys forgot to process it. I talked to someone earlier and they said it the merchants fault I was upset because it caused an overdraft which I felt they should be accountable for. I was told I should be more responsible with banking. If you can't do anything fine but reprimanding a customer you inconvenienced because of your problems with your merchant is unprofessional. There is no circumstance that it's okay to say that to a customer especially when you can't process a payment in a timely manner. I am a student and can't afford an overdraft I would have never moved money to another account had I known it was not paid it was over 17 days to process it . She was more concerned about my banking than checking with why it was taking them so long to get paid on transactions. I was also accused of not wanting to pay for services rendered after paying $350 the services. I'm not saying to not use this place because their work is really good,but avoid having to deal with the woman who answers the phone speak with someone else.While I did make a mistake by not babysitting the transaction which I never had to do with any business. It's not her place to say that. You just don't handle customers that way.

The tech support leaves much to be desired. Old guy with NO customer service skills.
