I took my PC to Shawn after it started to black screen and become unresponsive. He told me he had an idea of what the issue was and that he should have the pc running and working after just one day. I would call for updates but he would rarely respond. When I would text him he would reply hours later. After about a week of having my pc, I gave him a call and he told me he'd been out of town but never gave me a heads-up about it. Once he came back he kept delaying the pickup date and finally said that the pc was ready after about just over 2 weeks of having it. Once I picked up the PC I ran it for 10 minutes then the same issue occurred, I looked further into the pc and saw no signs of work being done on the exterior and interior. I gave him a call and text but didn't respond until noon the next day. He was upset that I accused him of not working on the computer and told me to find another computer guy and didn't have anything to say about the problem that the PC still had. Would not recommend.

Very disappointed in Shawn's professionalism. After 10 days, I was returned my computer with no ability to connect to the internet. Doesn't comes when he says, doesn't communicate well either (doesn't return calls or text messages) in a timely manner. In the end I need to call someone else to figure out why my computer doesn't connect to the internet.

Yea I took a pc to get built by him first odd thing was it's not a shop it's his house out at morningside off orange ave he said it would take a week so I said ok good to go let's do it after that week he didn't answer my phone calls again and two more weeks go by of him not answering my calls or texts I have a friend call him and he answers immediately which I then told him I'll be there tm for my computer or I would have to bring legal action against him . He said he would leave it outside at noon and I didn't have to pay for anything I show up and the it's still in pieces nothing was worked on dude could have just stolen parts for all I know he's a huge bullshitter and don't go to him for anything I go to mikes computer repair downtown fort pierce way better and awesome guy .

Repeat customer. Shawn went above and beyond helping me to retrieve some important data from a drive of mine that crashed. He also guided me over the phone after I had another issue and now everything is up and running.

Very disappointed. Unprofessional with his lack of communication. My pc still doesn't work, he took payment, and didn't offer any further solutions. Would not recommend.....
