Salman, the owner, is GREAT. Very professional, responsive, and extremely sharp with all of the detailed technical aspects. He repaired the send-out code on my outdated Outlook Pro contact manager program, such that I am now able to send correspondence from my personal desktop. I will also be delivering to him my old laptop with all of my work history contained in a comparable outdated Outlook Pro contact manager database, in order to provide backup and transfer of very important information to a new computer. I found his pricing to be quite reasonable. And he has the knowledge and experience to tackle and fix computer issues, that are outside of the norm. If you refuse service they keep your deposit, $53 for not doing anything. And there is nothing about it on any paper work or vocally till you refuse service. Charging $150 for ram upgrade and best buy charged me $70. Do not recommend
