I haven't experienced any problems like the reviews on here. My experience with ERA has been excellent. I called early, on a Monday morning, the sales person came out to check if I can get their service that afternoon and by Wednesday I had internet. I put 3 things ( forgot the name) in the house and so far no problem, even with the bad storm we had a few days ago. I just hope it stays like this, especially during football season. My salesman also linked me on a portal which is so easy to manage, plus I got their app.
My experience with homestead was wonderful. My internet is stronger and faster than it has ever been. They are completely professional and personable. I would Definitely recommend this service to anyone that needs reliable and affordable service .
Where do I begin, I've had this service for probably a little over a year now and for the most part it has been good however this last month has been awful. The tech came to change the antena and router ( that were working perfectly fine) because they were "old tech" and these new ones would be much better LIES, since they changed them me and my family have not been able to do anything with our internet for more than 5 mins. It works for a little then nothing on and off constantly. Tried talking to tech support and the person I spoke with had absolutely no knowledge of Tech his best advice was to unplug and plug everything back in until it's fixed (???). We have told them multiple times that there's a problem and they don't seem to care they sent someone out and moved the router from one room to another awesome stuff (that did nothing also). I'm looking into other options so I can leave this company because I'm quite tired with the lack of importance they give to their customers. If you have no other choice for your internet provider then take a risk with them or look into Starlink that's what I'm looking at right now. They started good but have really let me and my family down I would not recommend. (Update 6/4/23 just received my starlink and couldn't be happier with it 150mbps for 120$ a month internet that actually works and 30$ cheaper that's a win win in my book so much so that I decided to buy a second one for my business at my farm now both my home and farm are on starlink I only wish I would have gotten it sooner better late than never I guess. Never settle if your having problems with this internet as I have for over a year look for better alternatives. :)
I've been looking for a internet company to service my area for a couple years. I came upon them driving one day and gave them a call. The service has been exceptional and price is good for unlimited internet. I highly recommend them for your high speed internet.
This company was quick to show up and take my money, but after that, DO NOT expect any customer service..... They upgraded their equipment 2 months ago and forced me out of service for ten days. When it finally came back on, I am getting barely 20 mbps, despite paying for 70mbps. Now SIX WEEKS later, no one will call me back or return my texts... DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS FLY BY NIGHT COMPANY..... be warned!!!!!!
I had my doubts after using another wisp provider skynet360. I took the chance and tried us new era and I am so far impressed. Firstly they answer their phones. Skynet360 would ignore your complaints and stop taking your calls all together. I have not had this issue once and US new era has been prompt in all my calls and returning calls. I had reliable high speed internet and zero down time. I am happy I took the chance.
For the past 5 months we have been having issues with the internet connection and the technician does not return calls or tries to fix the issues. Paying the top tier for the fastest service and it never works and they do not care to fix it.
Thank you for a great experience , after dealing with all this big company's I realized that small company like yours give us the customers much better experience and more for the value , Internet works super fast , very affordable prices and a great customer service to answer all the questions that we need . I am very happy , I will highly recommend this company to everyone and I will keep using them on the future thanks .
