Skynet 360

WE MOVED TO AN AREA THAT SKYNET DIDNT SERVICE. WE SCHEDULED A DATE FOR THEM TO COME TO PICK UP THE EQUIPMENT THEY INSTALLED OUTSIDE THE HOUSE. THE DIDNT COME. I CALLED AND TOLD THEM I WAS MOVING TO BE SURE TO COME THE NEXT DAY AND THEY SAID OK. THEY NO SHOWED AGAIN. I called again and they came to our new residence and picked up the equipment that was used inside the house that we saved for them. NOW 8 wks 12 wks later they are trying to charge my credit card over $500 for the equipment THEY chose not to pickup. THEY need to accept responsibility for NOT doing their job.

I requested services around the holidays and under a tight schedule. Jose lent his expertise in helping me choose services based on what I needed. They sent out Jorge, who worked his magical powers and got me set up under the time frame I had while still making sure my wires were long enough to reach around where I needed them and minimally show (my house has no attic). We tested the internet speed and I am impressed! I don't have all my devices connected, as I still have to move in, but everything looks perfect at this point. I am so happy I found a company that makes me feel like a person and not just another account number. I can't say enough about the customer service and experience. Highly recommended!

We've been with Skynet for several years and I can't say enough good things about them. They are constantly updating and and improving service for their customers while keeping their prices much lower than anyone else's. On the rare occasions when there has been an issue there has always been an email explaining what the problem is and what they are doing to resolve it, and it's always resolved really quickly. Also, when you call customer service you'll be pleasantly surprised that it takes only moments to speak with an actual human being and they are unfailingly friendly, polite and professional. These guys absolutely rock!

I must say, I was shocked at the great experience I had signing up for services at my new location. (In the past customer service wasn't all that good.) From the chat, to the great representative I spoke with named Jose, I was very pleased. Great service + Great customer = a loyal customer. (Whatever changes were made, were NEEDED & APPRECIATED)

I have been with this company for awhile and they have made some HUGE improvements! I have been really appreciating the customer service and responsiveness lately. The IT guy that I have talked to several times on the phone (sorry, I do not know his name) has been VERY helpful and patient. I teach English online to students in China for 5 hours every morning and I need a very good connection. I have been teaching for 2 years now and have had very few problems....and I will add that most of my problems were towards the beginning and from what I understand the company has made some changes.....definitely for the better. Thank you Skynet!

I have been with Skynet 360 for several years now. They have made some recent changes and my service has improved tremendously. It has been very reliable especially since we have been home due to COVID. I have been working from home and my daughter has been doing virtual school and no problems with the service. I am very pleased with the speed and customer service. Highly recommend this company.
