Holly has been very easy to work with. It's easy to set-up time with her on her calendar link, and she has been clear and prompt in addressing things. I had an idea around a gift for a group of my friends but needed a bit of help turning it from an awkward set of notes to something real. Holly helped focus my ideas and then did all the heavy lifting into a design along with multiple check-ins to make sure she was on track with what we had imagined. She also helped put me in touch with a manufacturer that quoted me at less than half of what I had been able to find on my own. I typically can find something to avoid giving a 5 star review, but in this instance I simply have zero dissatisfaction and will absolutely hire her again if a need arises.
