Emma Muzinda was an exceptional cruise travel agent, assisted with all aspects and was even able to provide credit when plans were altered a bit and my roommate changed two months prior to our sail date. She was very quick to reply and ever so helpful with any/all inquiries I had.

I just have to say that working with Jackie at Cruises N More has to be the best customer service I have ever received when working with a travel agency. Jackie has gone above and beyond in helping facilitate our plans. Making the reservation was seamless. She went above our expectations when we requested assistance with the assignment of our cabins so that our families with young children could be in close proximity of one another. Her professionalism and expertise is top notch! We definitely will be using her again with any future vacations!

She was able to find me a room that fits my family of 6 (which is impossible to book on any other cruise site). She even worked with my friend who we are cruising with and found them a couple rooms right by us. Overall what a great experience.
