At&t Fiber Optic Internet & The New At&t TV

If I could give ATT 0 stars I would horrible customer service, short business hours, stuck without internet for hours with no one to help.. literally in tears from the frustration

I am honestly disgusted by the disrespect of your AT&T Fiber sales employees that go door to door in the neighborhoods. It was raining and I had to state three separate times that we were not interested in your services before she continued to try and interrupt me with some other deal she could give me. I had to tell her she needed to update her customer services standard operating procedures because she could not take a hint that we were not interested, even after stating we were moving. She was not just pushy but disrespectful in doing so. She was a tall average weight female with long wavy blonde hair. The worst you can do to a potential customer is disrespect them.

The internet speed is indeed what it is cracked up to be, but the service and the people needed to get the service have been well, less than stellar. This was installed on 4/16 and the installation is still incomplete. There is a fiber line draped across with flags on it in hopes I dont run over it with a lawn mower or other vehicle. It is scheduled to be buried on 5/1. 14 days to do an installation? WOW! BUYER BEWARE! They called to move my appointment earlier to install on the 16th (from noon to 8am) then no one showed. Apparently the 8am appointment never was registered although I got a text about covid and the like), then every time I call, I have to provide a so called 4 digit security code to every person I speak - each step along the line (it doesnt follow along the system). The techs/or support reps are not rude but just border line caring. Were it not for the speed of the service - the next issue would be to cancel. The modem (across the internet discussion boards) doesnt have modern settings like DHCP scoping found in everyday $45 routers you can get off the shelf these days. This has not been a good first week.

The most unreliable intenet and dishonest customer support. It's been out 7 days, and there is no fix in site. Use another provider.
