COhatch Lakeland

Used this shared office space one day. It was very nice. Lots of room on every floor. Met a few of the regulars and they were nice too. Spent the whole day here other than a break for lunch. Great place with nice options for lunch nearby. Nice view of the park too. Love the sidewalk picnic tables for COhatch customers. That is really nice too.

I hosted my Pour Your Heart Out Open Mic event at COHATCH, and everyone absolutely loved the venue! The space was beautiful, clean, and the staff went above and beyond to be helpful and inviting. COHATCH is an incredibly vibrant and welcoming spot, located downtown in the heart of Lakeland's best restaurants and attractions. It's perfect for co-working, events, and more. I'll definitely be booking with them again. Take the time to check it out--you won't be disappointed!

Wonderful place to accommodate all sorts of events and meetings and is very community oriented. Very comfortable settings for meetings, interviews, work spaces and even holiday or corporate events. If you are considering a safe clean space for meetings and events or office space...please go take a look.

My group recently joined this organization. Beautiful space. Attended a meeting last night. There are several options for work space and meeting space and there is kitchen space. Parking and locating the entrance can be a challenge as I am from out of town. We had to have a "door person" to let folks in for the meeting as after hours security is high. We used the 2nd floor meeting space as it was a hybrid in person and virtual meeting. The place has WiFi, a big screen TV and a sound system. It is cold in there so a sweater is advised. There are old video games on the first floor that I played with for a few minutes. There are also vending machines.

COHatch is nothing short of amazing! The quality of service and communication provided by Dana and Lexie was top notch. The space was exactly what we needed, and it provided an ambiance of professionalism and modern relaxation. We will definitely use COHatch again!

We absolutely love this work space and utilize it often for larger meetings that we do not have space for in our office.

Align Lakeland recently held an event at COhatch Lakeland. Adriana and Dana are the absolute BEST to work with ... so welcoming and accommodating!! And, Dana went above and beyond to answer our numerous questions by way of emails, calls, and pop-ins!! COhatch Lakeland is always my first recommendation when someone is needing a local venue.

CoHatch is THE place to work in Lakeland. The staff is welcoming the tenants feel like coworkers and the venue is inspiring. Well done CoHatch crew, well done! And shout out to Dana at the front desk. She does SO much and makes people feel like fam right away.
