Front desk staff is really RUDE. Just got off the phone with Bailey and she was resistant about giving me any information. I had also called two weeks ago, same attitude from the older gentleman. I've yet to receive a call from anyone on this team. Very unfortunate when you are willingly investing time and potentially money to a business that gives awful customer service upfront.

I spent some time calling around Lakeland for different quotes for websites and Website Design not only answered the call first, but were all around best priced. From there Michael and his team stayed in constant contact and were able to layout an entire structure for my company website. Then they were able to create content for my site going into it knowing very little on how the business works. I was really skeptical during this phase because how could they honestly write content for a business they do not know much about. Well, it worked out perfectly (it would take too long to explain) but just know they can do it. Not just do it, like do it amazingly well. From logo design to full fledged website I am extremely happy and will be working with Website Design for the foreseeable future.
