Totally Covered has taken care of all my computer issues for several years, they are very knowledgeable and very very patient. I would strongly recommended them for all your computer needs. Thank you John for setting up my new computer - you are awesome.

Brought in our laptop for repairs, I spoke with Jon, and he was very knowledgeable and had the computer back up and running within 2 days. I would recommend totally covered computers and have already done so to my friends and family.

Don't go there. He asked 1TB SSD as over $250 and labor fee and download new window is $250. So total price was $500 to repair. It was just setting up new SSD driver and window system. It was non sense price. After I came back to NJ, I bought my own SSD which is $90 for 2TB, and paid $50 to repair. And found out my another drive got erased completely. It had all my 3D work back up files. Who wants to pay $500 for it?

I run the office in an RV park, so my computer is a very important piece to the office and the park. The computer decided to crash and give me time to think how important it is. I called a couple of computer repair places to get help and no one had anything sooner than 3 days. I decided to call one more place (Totally Covered) and so glad I did. Fast and really great service. I am back in business. Now i have to go back to work. Don't hesitate to call them if you need help. Thanks Brad for all your help.

Amazing! I had to buy a laptop for my college classes and have specific stuff put on it and Jon did just that. He also put in new parts into my desktop. They also sold me the cutest pink mouse. In the store they had these cool wooden pallet coasters got them too. They're a local business that I felt good supporting. Great people that do amazing work! I really recommend them to anyone who is having computer problems or need a new computer!

pretty 5 star experience id say so myself. you are given constant updates on how your hardware is doing, they provide answers to questions aside from your own hardware, *even willing to build a computer(s) for you whether it's a low or high end one* and the staff is very friendly and trustworthy. they have earned a customer.

Thank you so much! Live Oak these computer guys are great even before this We have had them repair many of our items. They are always fast and everything works great! Shop local and stop in to see some of the great computers they have for sale. We have bought around 3 or 4 computers over the years from them and everything has been great prices and worked perfectly! Thank you all again! I truly appreciate it!
