Internet has been going off and on for over 3 weeks. Has been down again for 12 hours. Horrible service! Each time have to start all over vs sending tech out to fix the problem. Now it is permanently down and wanted me to start over again. Said there has to be some history on the ticket. Hello!!! You have 3 weeks of information proving there is an issue. Had to get upset with Anna in Panama in order for a dispatch ticket to be submitted. Can't find a number to corporate. Just the old run around and around. Cox is coming to my neighborhood. After ten years, maybe it is time for a change. If this is how you do business for people that pay their bill early, no thanks!

Unbelievable nightmare with their business service. We have tried to disconnect services since November. They refused to disconnect without a signed letter from our owner. We complied, and still we receive bills. Multiple phone calls do nothing, we speak to a different person everytime. Apparently they are incapable of keeping notes in their CRM. DO NOT use this company for anything, its an endless billing nightmare.

The service is so absolutely horrible, it almost seems like a joke. We have been out of service for over a week. We have set 2 appointments and no one shows up. The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with.

This company is the worst. They could care less about customer service or their customers. They provide no communication and were a disorganized mess from the start. Worst mistake we could have made was to switch out telecommunication services over to them. A complete nightmare in all aspects. If I could have given no stars I would have.

Poor customer no service. They grew too fast and and merged my account with others. Do not get involved.
