It's IMPOSSIBLE to contact anyone, even for billing matters! The best you can do is request from their chat bot that they call you back. I put an extra star since they did offer me a one time courtesy to refund a payment and the rep was very kind but accessibility needs MAJOR improvement. Because of this I will never decide to go through this company again for any web design or domain hosting. If you want to jump through hoops to reach someone regarding your business then this is the company for you. If not I would encourage you to use any number of other web hosting sites like GoDaddy.

I've used Wix for years, and while it started as a decent website builder, the cost has skyrocketed, and their customer service has gone downhill. The platform is still easy to use, but the pricing is now outrageously high compared to competitors. And if you're unhappy? Too bad--Wix won't give you a refund, even if the service doesn't meet your expectations. Over time, I've also noticed increasing limitations, sluggish performance, and a lack of real improvements to justify the price hikes. Customer support is unhelpful, especially regarding billing issues. It feels like they care more about locking users in than actually providing value. If you're considering Wix, be warned: it's expensive, inflexible, and not customer-friendly. There are better and more affordable options out there!

Wix literally steals your money. The host our business website. We had customers pre-paying through Wix on the website. After 3 months they said there was a problem with the current and valid drivers license I uploaded as my ID. I tried to upload again and they will not take it even though the image is clear and license is not expired. They are holding payments that customers already paid for services already received. I had to turn off online payments and setup Square to receive payments in the store . Now I am double paying since I am stuck in a subscription with the criminals that run Wix and also paying Square.

Wix is a Complete Scam - Worst Experience Ever! I am beyond disappointed with Wix, and I feel obligated to warn others before they fall into the same misleading trap that I did. My experience with them has been nothing but frustrating, deceptive, and a complete waste of time and money. I purchased a domain through Wix, expecting to use it for my website, only to find out afterward that I am required to upgrade to a more expensive plan just to connect my own domain. This crucial detail was never disclosed upfront, and had I known about this hidden restriction, I would have never made the purchase in the first place. This is nothing short of a scammy business practice--they lure customers in with what seems like an affordable domain purchase, only to force you into an expensive upgrade afterward. The pricing structure is not transparent at all, and their policies are clearly designed to squeeze more money out of customers rather than provide a fair and honest service. When I reached out to Wix customer support to request a refund, the response was slow and dismissive. They refused to take responsibility for their lack of transparency and basically told me that unless I upgraded, I wouldn't be able to use what I had already paid for. This is completely unacceptable! A legitimate company should not operate this way. I've used other website platforms in the past, and I have never encountered such a dishonest and restrictive system. Other website builders clearly outline what you're getting before you pay, whereas Wix deliberately withholds information to trap customers into spending more. I absolutely DO NOT recommend Wix to anyone. They are by far the worst website-building platform I have ever come across. Their deceptive pricing tactics, lack of transparency, and unhelpful customer service make it one of the worst companies to deal with. If you are thinking about purchasing a domain or using Wix for your website, DON'T DO IT. There are far better alternatives out there that won't lock you into hidden fees and frustrating restrictions. Wix is a complete ripoff, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I paid for a premium plan. I had to learn how to use the program and app, which it took 5 days to be able to accept payments. I was unaware that Wix WOULD NOT REFUND ANY of my money after 14 days. You have to submit a request, which they denied!! I wasn't even asking for a full refund. I was ok with paying for the time that I used the program. They took 174.00 for the plan, which I used for 45 days WITHOUT ANY orders!! I made ZERO dollars from this site. I would rate this zero stars if I could. I did all the work and they just took my money. SCAM!!!!!!!

Wonderful to work with. It is quite expensive, but you get what you pay for(meaning it's really good.) I encourage others to use Wix if I am doing a website for them. Although, the price is quite hard to swallow.

Biggest mistake I ever made. I used WIX for Power of Our Voice LLC, and spend on average $1,000+ per year for all of their services. They charge for everything and prices go up every year. We are a business and had someone help us with the website. We allowed them to be a co-owner, but what WIX does not tell you is that "co-owner" does not mean that. It actually means whoever set it, and their email is the "owner" and any co-owner will be subordinate. If you lose contact with who they say is the owner, then you just lose control over your business. WIX does not care whose name the business is in, what legal documents you provide them. They will not allow you to get control over your domains, despite legally belonging to the business. You cannot remove your payment method without who they deem to be the owner's permission, so you will be stuck paying unless you do a stop payment with your bank. Which doesn't help when your domain goes offline and you possibly lose your entire business entity. They could care less. I would give ZERO stars if I could. Total scam. They only care about getting your money. If you notice several people complain, but they don't even bother replying. They don't even care enough to do that. They replied to what, maybe 2 or 3?

Wix deactivated my account and locked up four of my domains and websites and will not communicate or respond to my inquiries and emails regarding which policies I violated only stating once that there were irregularities I've given all necessary documentation for verification, etc. You're currently ruining my businesses. I am beyond disgusted and not sure which way to turn
