My experience with Pierre has been a true delight. I was originally referred to Institute of web design by a colleague of mine who had a great experience as well. Pierre has not only designed 2 great site for me but is also doing a great job with my seo and google ads. I highly recommend.

Overall great experience, Pierre takes what he does very serious. He even visits me in person monthly to review our progress and continually make plans to improve month over month!! Thank you Institure of Web Design for all that you do!

I most say I have been pleasantly surprised with the level of service I've received from Pierre. He has been patient, answered all my questions and explained the process the entire way. Not to mentioned, I am thrilled with the results of our marketing! Keep up the great work.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Pierre was super friendly at first, but then our nightmare started. The project was suppose to last 7 to 10 days and after one month of not answering us he told he was going to refund our money because his programmer was not able to do the project. More one month and no money received. Be careful!

terrible experience, he got downpayment and disappeared for few months , never was calling me back, after 3 months I was calling him every day non stop) he did in hurry my website without training me , not enough how was promised and included in the agreement , then he disappeared again , in 4 years he contacted me 1-2 times asking me if I need any service...who trusts him anymore? He used exactly the same page that I created , he didn't create anything , just copied my design on the web, he liked so much my design , intact he continues to advertise his business on google with my creation, he put his tel no on my website " "Wellcome to our store" and there is his number , I asked him to take off his tel no from my web, bcs my customers reach him not me , he blackmailed me saying " if you take off your review I ll do" . He presented himself as Pierre, but different names coming out too.....as Curtis... He suggested me to use Wix , I said him I never used Wix, he said me "no problem, very easy, I ll train you" now he insults me of my lack knowledge abt Wix, unbelievable! Instead of blackmailing ppl or trying to make deal, he just needs to be correct, punctual, with more respect, care with the customers, I am not asking any refund, just asking him to take off his adv from my website on google....this design belongs me and the store with products too, his tel no shouldn't be there!
