We are thoroughly happy with Google Fiber, our internet provider! The speeds and reliable service are fantastic. Definitely a great value for your money! Miss Jada had a beautiful and complete table set up today for our condominium and was answering questions to new residents. Hats off fir a job well done.

Extremely disappointed with the service. I reported a clear, widespread internet outage in my building and provided sufficient evidence that the issue wasn't isolated to just my apartment. Despite this, they made me wait 5 full days before sending a technician, still waiting. Completely unacceptable for a service that people rely on daily for work and communication. If they had taken my report seriously from the start, the issue could have been resolved much sooner. Poor responsiveness and lack of urgency -- I expected better.

I got an email today that Google fiber was sponsoring at mixer at my building. I'm thankful because our building community should get together more! I decided to go and check out the spread. I'm a happy Google fiber customer already, having never had any problems and a reliable connection for my wfh home business. Tiffany, Jose and Jada were so welcoming. I really appreciated that since I didn't know anyone there when I arrived. They really put together a beautiful set up. The food and gifts were delightful!
