I had a fantastic experience with Turno, thanks to Vicky's exceptional support. She was incredibly professional, responsive, and went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with duplicate projects. Without even being asked, she proactively took care of a duplicate charge as well, which was such a pleasant surprise. It's rare to find this level of care and integrity in customer service--truly appreciated!

Turno has made our property management process so much easier. It connects to most STR platforms, making the process nearly seamless. The customer support is fantastic--they have an online chat function that is available 24/7, which is so helpful. Emma was great and helped me with my questions in just a few minutes. She was friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate her guidance!

Turno, and specifically Mary in customer support are fantastic. Sunday morning, trying to catch up on some early morning details, and run into an issue on the platform. Mary responds literally in seconds, and helps me throughout. I asked several follow-up questions about experience and the platform, and how to make my use of the product better. She was patient, and help explain everything, connected stuff in my account to review details. She was awesome, thanks Turno. Don't get too big and change the support model!

As a full time super cleaner on the Turno app since 2021 - I had a difficult client who wrote a bogus review on my platform just before they remove themselves from the app. (After a certain timeframe we can have a review removed.)I wanted that review removed so Claire with customer service was very kind and willing to get that taken care of for me. She was amazing!

Have had a great experience with using the app to find cleaners, and is spot on for scheduling and notification. Most recently had a payment issue, and was very impressed how quick Ruby on their customer support was not only able to give me a great explanation but get it resolved immediately. Speed to action was important as I was upset about something I thought was on purpose but outlined was not. Definitely recommend!
