VelociHOST MIA1

VelociHOST was my hoster of choice as a small business owner for a year of dedicated service billed quarterly. I paid over $1200 quarterly for GPU dedicated hosting. After cancelling my auto-renewal through their web-portal, I was charged for the full quarterly $1,279.65 amount as the auto-renew cancellation didn't take despite seeing a confirmation screen. Understanding issues happen, I contacted Velocihost support as soon as I was notified (9 days into the 90 day period in which I did not use the service). Despite paying thousands of dollars over multiple periods, Velocihost refused a refund despite information regarding the auto-renew mishap citing their ToS on non-refunds for service. As a small business owner during a recession struggling to make ends meet, this felt like a stab in the back after a year of on-time large payments with very little usage of hardware (on-demand website with low utilization). VelociHOST has no concern or loyalty to its customers who fund it and ignored my support messages after simply offering Hosting credit (which I no longer needed) before revoking it after rightfully attempting to recover my funds through my Merchant. VelociHOST revoked my credit, ignores any support inquiries, and refuses to refund my paid amount, which leaves me $1200+ in the hole with nothing to show for it. Absolutely disappointing and reveals itself as another soulless company with no respect for its customers. Save your time, money, and energy, take your hosting needs elsewhere.

I have used many server hosting companies over the years and by far, without a doubt this is the best cloud hosting company I have used so far! Tech support always prompt to resolution in literally minutes from opening a ticket. Server runs great the network is extremely fast.

I've used my fair share of hosting and dedicated server companies in the past 25 years. Coming from the land of Level3, Equinix, and Global Center, I know what it takes to run a decent NOC and maintain systems. These guys are beyond great. Like next level great. I've had 2 servers spun up within an hour. Don't know if that's the norm, but it works for us. Give them a shot, you won't be disappointed.
