This is fantastic service! Since day one I have had amazing speeds including upload speed. We are an internet dependent family of 6 with gamers, remote workers and TV streaming devices. The service is miles above the competition with no lag time. I can have all of us online with a device streaming in each room and everyone gaming without disruption for anyone. It is more than just a 'ripple' this is the service you need if it is available in your area! Plus they are super nice from installation to customer service!

We LOVE Ripple! The speeds and quality have been amazing, and their customer service is top notch. They were very courteous when the tower was being worked on to let me know every step of the way about possible interruptions etc. And you don't have to sit on a phone line for 20 minutes or talk to a robot. We haven't had Internet for months because prices are crazy and service is never good. So glad we decided to try them out!

I was lucky enough to be the first paying customer with these guys. I've had Ripple since the day it launched and it's been awesome. We were previously with the monopoly cable company down here and the connection was so unreliable that we needed a 5G hotspot for back up, not any more! We are a fully connected house with over 30 items connected and it's always blazing fast. We are on the 1gb plan and we constantly hit that and even get close to 900 on the phones over WiFi. The upload speed is over 10 times quicker then Mediacom and best of all is it's over $40 a month cheaper. Customer service is on another level with these guys. Any issues and they're fast to respond. It's such a huge difference from the service you get from the torrid cable company. Whether you're a gamer, content creator or someone who just browses the internet you will find ripple is much better than the other two options available. Lag free fast internet is finally here. Finally another option for internet! Living in Midway/Navarre you can't touch the speed and reliability for the price they offer. Not to mention they provide you a router, and do not charge for a rental fee! Customer service is the best I've seen, not to mention they are local so they truly care. Instant response to inquiry for service, very accommodating to schedule install, and answers any questions you may have. Highest recommendation
