We had a challenging task of preparing for the new College Board BlueBook App installation that was required this year in order for our students to take the PSAT. Jacob at Verteks was awesome in his diligence to locate a 3rd party vendor that would sell us the required Google Education Enterprise licenses needed for the College Board's BlueBook App to work on our school-issued chromebooks. William from Verteks spent the entire day before the testing assisting with the set up and deployment of the Bluebook app on all of our chromebooks. There were numerous reports all over the U.S. from High Schools complaining about problems preventing their students from testing, thanks to Jacob and William from Verteks we were not one of those schools. Our PSAT testing went off perfectly, all of our students experienced no problems and scores were submitted on time. We are fortunate to count on Verteks as a trusted and valued partner. Having worked in office management for years I can honestly say that Verteks has one of the absolute best customer support teams I've ever had the pleasure of working with.
