We started talking several years ago, and about a year or so ago we reconnected. Raul explained the team he assembled and the development of this new sophisticated software (RadiansERP(tm)) for the building trades - currently the roofing/solar contracting industry. His attention to detail is proved by learning from the bottom up (working all aspects of a "roofer") to be completely familiar with the concept. Next, he assembled an amazing team to complete the development and ongoing support, and finally, worked with each contractor/customer to customize the final 5 or so percent for their specific workflow. Raul is an amazing person to work with, he is one of the few people I know who puts kindness, gentleness, honesty and trust along with professionalism to the forefront of all his business interactions and relationships. KTLLC trained me to do total storm and full condition inspections, primarily for residential properties.
