From the initial intake questions through completion of our website design, it is obvious that Sprout Media Lab has a great team! Kenny deftly learned about our business and brought the rest of the team in to develop a site to meet our needs. Mike managed our project with genuine care and Chris, graciously walked through my "many" questions and tweaks, ultimately bringing our website vision to life. I would give 10 stars if I could! I am not a regular client, as a matter of fact I have never called them before. I called at the last minute on a Friday afternoon for some 'emergency' help. Kenny and his associates sprung in to action and could not have been more helpful, professional, and courteous to me! I am not a 'technical' person and they walked me through all I needed to do to help them help me! In addition, they were incredibly fair and honest with what the issues were and pricing. They did NOT take advantage of my last minute call or the fact it was an emergency. I will definitely use them for all my website/hosting needs in the future. Thank you Kenny & Chris!

As President of The Greater Daytona Shrine Club I have the pleasure of dealing with the staff at Sprout Media Lab. When I was elected President December 2022 we had a short window where we had to transfer our website. The staff at Sprout really stepped up to the plate and made that conversion as smooth as possible. In a short time everything was transferred and up and running. As a result of a vicious malware attack, our website became blocked by search engines and inaccessible to our customers. The damage was so severe we had to change the domain address. Kenny and the team at Sprout Media Lab were able to quickly recover our template and relaunch it on a new server with better website security at a very fair price. We were so impressed we dropped our web-hosting agent and transferred monthly hosting and maintenance to Sprout Media Lab, where we receive quick, efficient, affordable, and friendly service with a smile.

We decided to begin the process of having our Company website professionally re-designed. We started with local businesses that were Daytona Regional Chamber members and came across Sprout Media Lab. From the beginning, Christina was great to work with. Sprout Media had an open door policy which meant a lot to us and was very convenient. There were many times it was just easier to pop in to see them in person and work through the many changes we made during the process. I cannot say enough about the patience of the entire group working through all those changes as we wanted our website to be as perfect as it could be and truly represented who were are. The entire Sprout Media Team was interested in what was important to us, and they took all those ideas and developed a website we are now proud of. After the process and the website went live, naturally we decided to make some more changes. Sprout Media did not hesitate and was more then happy to help with any changes. They spent time with me, training me, on how we can make changes to our site at anytime. The overall experience was exceptional and we would highly recommend Sprout Media Lab.

Christina and the Sprout Media Lab Team created an absolutely wonderful website for me. It is exactly as I had envisioned it. This was my first website for a new business and although it seemed extremely complex to me (as someone who knows very little of the technical aspects) they incorporated everything that I needed and have had very good support even after the website was launched. I do not feel at all alone navigating changes and additions as my website grows. Although it took longer than expected to finish, it was well worth the wait to end up with the amazing product that is my website!
